The so-called industrial estate can be reached via a covered wooden bridge and displays a simple, but typically preindustrial 18th/19th Century Carinthian system. A Carinthian industrial estate would have typically consisted of: a vertical watermill (floden or flour mills), a horizontal watermill (Radmühle) and the sawmill, including the workers´ temporary accommodation, a lime kiln, a charcoal maker and a functioning weighbridge all of which will give visitors an appreciation of the working methods and techniques used during this period.
